FCA Amazing Grace Race
The time is coming soon for the 2nd Annual Amazing Grace Race! Why is it so "amazing"? The course is flat..I mean completely flat, the scenery is beautiful..right next to the mountains, the weather is perfect and the cause is worthy..its for FCA kids camp!! What can be better than that? Its time to tune up the running shoes and amping up the workouts...I know the weather can put a damper on our running spirits...but think about spending your weekend in beautiful La Quinta in April. We Go Racing on April 11, 2010!
The FCA is proud to once again bring the Amazing Grace Race to La Quinta, CA. In it's second year, the 5K and Half-Marathon courses are sure to be a great experience for all racers and volunteers. Located on the east side of the Palm Springs valley, the course temperatures in April average in the high 60s and the entire course is very flat. The Santa Rosa mountains that border La Quinta are sure to provide wonderful scenery for all racers and visitors.
